Remove the flammable items from the risk area. Do not carry out any works in pressurized systems.

When carrying out jobs in the injection system (for example on injectors, pressure pipes, common rail, high pressure pump, etc.). With the engine running or 30 seconds after engine shutdown, there can be fuel at high pressure. When opening a pressurized system, there is risk of explosion originated by the combination of fuel vaporization and sources of ignition.

Behavior rules / measures of protection

Move away the sources of ignition, as for example sparks, cigarettes or flames, from the danger area.

Do not carry out any works in pressurized systems.

Measures of first aid

Clean the wounds.

In the case of septicemia suspicion, bandage the affected body part and seek medical help.
