Remove

Remove the piping (3) from the pump module (1)

Remove the electric connection (8)

Remove the pump module (1) from the support (2)

Remove the threaded plug (4)

When removing the threaded plug (4), a little amount of AdBlue® can flow out.

Screw the threaded end of the tool (7) in the pressure limiting valve (6), extracting it in this way

When removing the pressure limiting valve (6), little amount of fluid can flow out.

Install

Insert the new pressure limiting valve (6) with the thick side of the tool (7)


Take care not to enter any dirt in the hole (5),
otherwise, the pump module (1) can be damaged.

Screw the new threaded plug (4)

Install the pump module (1) in the support (2)

Install the electric connection (8)

Fix the piping (3) of the module pump (1) on the support (2) with new cable flexible ties
