With he torque wrench and the device, turn the end-less screw shaft to one side up to, approximately, one half turn before the end and measure the turning torque. The same way, turn the end-less screw to the other side and take note of the average value

The smaller holes for adjusting the shaft (B) must be pointing to the locking groove of the housing (A).

Place the end-less screw shaft in the center to do the adjustment and install the steering sector shaft adjusting device

Pull the device in the direction of the arrow and turn the torque wrench to the right and to the left approximately half of one turn to each side until attaining the specified torque more than the value measured previously

Crimp the bearings in the housing with the re-crimping punch

Utilize a 6 mm Ø ball.



Install the return and pressure limiting valves
