1 Remove housing (2).
Housing (2) is pre-loaded. Unscrew two opposing bolts (1) first. Screw in two longer bolts (approx. 60 mm) with locknut. Unscrew remaining bolts (1). Loosen locknut evenly until housing (2) is not longer pre-loaded.

2 Remove housing (2), reinforcement (3), spring (4), and drier cartridge (5).

3 Remove filter (7), filter holder (8), sealing rings (9, 6) from valve block.

4 Loosen nut (14) and unscrew adjusting screw (10). Remove cover (12) and diaphragm (13).
Note the number of turns to unscrew the adjusting screw (10).

5 Unscrew bolts (14), remove housing (15), remove spring (17) and pressure plate (16).

6 Remove pressure regulator valve (18) .

7 Disassemble pressure regulator valve (18) .

8 Unscrew banjo bolt (19), remove spring (20) and check valve (21).

9 Unscrew bolts (22) and remove noise muffler (23).

10 Take out sealing ring (24) and remove no-load valve (25).
Use suitable flat pliers.

12 Pull dust cap (26) off tire inflator connection.

13 Detach tire inflator connection (27), remove sealing ring (28), valve (29), spring (30) and sealing ring (31).
