| Remove/install | ||
1 | Turn off the general key or release the negative cable | Remove the negative cable in battery terminal in the event of it is not equipped with general key. | |
2 | De-pressurize the pneumatic system | ||
3 | Release connection screw of air pipe supply (A) | Installation: Apply new seal washers and specified torque. | |

4 | Remove pipe connection from regenerative tank | Installation: Apply the specified torque. | |

5 | Disconnect electric wiring from electro-pneumatic valve (solenoid) (3) | Installation: Note the correct connections in the electro-pneumatic valve (solenoid), this way it avoids changes in the instrument cluster switchers. | |
6 | Disconnect the pneumatic pipes from electro-pneumatic pipes (solenoid) (3) which supply the engine brake cylinder and exhaust brake | ||
7 | Remove other pneumatic pipes | Installation: Apply the specified torque. | |

8 | Release nut (14) and remove electro-pneumatic valve (solenoid) (3) | Installation: Assemble a new seal ring (13) and apply the specified torque in nut (14). | |

9 | Remove protective valve (2) from dryer (1), releasing nuts (6) from threaded pin (4) | Installation: Replace seal ring (5), washers (7) and apply the specified torque. | |
.Dryer and pressure regulator | |||
10 | Release nuts (10) from screws (8) and (9), remove air dryer (1) from support (11) | Installation: Apply new nuts (10) and the specified torque. | |

11 | Install in reverse order | Work with engine and pressurize the system, check its leak. | |
