Disconnect front brake cable from pulley unit

Do not detach the rear brake cables.

Unhook rear retracting spring (5)

Remove brake shoes

Pull brake shoes apart at bottom and remove with adjuster (6).

Installation: Ensure that the cable lock (4) moves easily.

Preassemble the retracting spring with the short hook eye (3) from the inside together with the adjuster (6, adjuster gear wheel at the bottom). Mount brake shoes pre-installed in this way, onto the brake carrier.

Install in the reverse order

Build up brake pressure

Operate brake pedal several times.

Check fluid level in reservoir and correct if necessary
