1 Inspect the axial clearance every change of brake linings, add adjusting washers (1) between the brake adjuster and the elastic ring, should the clearance exceed 1.5 mm, it will cause wear on the expansive shaft close to the profile or even damages to the elastic ring and consequently lock-up and brake damage.
