1 Screw the special tool in the kit supplied by Haldex in place of rear housing cover (1) and assemble gauge (A).
2 Insert the special tool of the kit supplied by Haldex in the ring gear grooved forcing to the right until removing the clearance between ring gear teeth and worm, adjust the comparator scale to zero.
3 Keep the ring gear to the right, turning the worm lightly to the left and observe the teeth height of the unidirectional tapered coupling indicated by gauge (A).
4 Keep the ring gear to the right, turning the worm lightly to the left and observe the teeth height of the unidirectional tapered coupling indicated by gauge (A).
If the minimum height is not obtained, the worm should be replaced.
