With the differential lock mechanism actuated, put the centering pin (7) in the gear sleeve (2).

Measure the dimension “A” between the gear sleeve (2) and the gear (8) with a feeler gauge.
Measure at 03 different points the region between the gear sleeve (2) and the gear (8).
If the measured distance is not as specified, adjust the axial play of the gear sleeve (2).

Remove again the stub axle (6) and the spring (4) and install again the respective compensation washer (5).
Reduce the axial play: install a thicker compensating washer (5). Increase the axial play: install a thicker compensating washer (5).
