Fill differential with oil

Before the differential assembly installation in the axle housing, fill the differential with 0,5 liters of lubricant oil:
Otherwise the differential gearwheels will not be lubricated and may cause irreversible damage to the differential assembly.

Fix the differential assembly (1) such a way inlet axles shaft holes remain horizontally


Be careful not to damage the ring gear teeth (2).

Fill with lubricant oil through the inlet hole of the axle shaft

During the installation of the differential assembly (1) on the axle housing, a slight leakage of the lubricating oil may occur, however, the volume remaining inside the differential will ensure the lubrication of the differential.
