Support the eyelet adapter (4) of the tensioning bar (1) with an appropriate device on a press.
Put a shim under the eyelet adapter (4) of the tensioning bar (1) in such a way that it is leveled.

Insert another removal device by the upper part of the bushing(5), and pull it out.

Clean the eyelet adapter lodging (4) and check for the lodging out-of-round condition, corrosion and wear signs.
If there are out-of-round condition, corrosion or wear signs, the tensioning bar (1) must be replaced completely.

Having the tensioning bar (1) well leveled, put on the eyelet adapter lodging (4) a small layer of Vaseline, and insert a new bushing (5) with the help of a device on a press.
Pay attention to have the bushing (5) installed correctly on the eyelet adapter (4) and pressed by the tube (5.2).
