4.1 | Remove the transmission shaft from the power take-off (1) | Power take-off without hydraulic pump. | |

4.2 | Remove the hydraulic pump (3) | Power take-off with hydraulic pump. | |
Only remove the hydraulic piping when necessary. | |||
5 | Remove the compressed air piping in solenoid valves | With compressed air connector "VOSS 230" | |
With compressed air connector "VOSS 232" (NG 8, 12) OR "SCHAFER SDF" (NG 6) | |||
6 | Remove the electrical connections in the control switches and solenoid valves | Identify the connectors installation location. | |
7 | Remove the power take-off 2 (2) | Install: Replace the seal gasket. | |
8 | Remove the power take-off 1 (1) support pipes | Install: Fasten the piping to the support using clamps. | |
9 | Remove the screws in the power take-off 1 (1 ) | Protect the power take-off 1 (1) against eventual fall. | |
Install: Apply sealing product to screws. | |||

10 | Remove the power take-off 1 (1) | Install: Replace the sealing rings (5) and the seal gasket (6). | |
11 | Remove the primary shaft (4) | Check the primary shaft (4) for wear, replace as necessary. | |
12 | Remove the oil pump cover (7) | Only when replacing the gearbox or subsequent installation of a new power take-off. | |
Install: Replace the seal ring (8). | |||
| Liftgate changed | Gearbox 715.5 from the gearbox final number 0224564. | |
13 | Install in reverse order | ||
14 | Supply with the gearbox oil and correct the level | Gearbox 715.372/504/517/527/531/567/568/576 |
