2 | Remove the clutch fork (1) | ||
3 | Remove the piston (2) of the clutch fork (1) | ||
| Inspect | ||
4 | Check the bushing (3) for wear and damages | If necessary, replace the bushing (3). | |
5 | Check the axle's bushing (6), the fork's axle (7) and the guide rollers (8) for wear and damages | If necessary, replace the clutch fork (1) or disassemble the clutch fork (1) and replace the damaged parts. | |
Slightly grease the support points (arrow). | |||

6 | Install the piston (2) on the clutch fork (1).. | Slightly grease the sliding supports. | |
7 | Install the clutch fork (1) | | |
8 | Install the gearbox |
