Remove/install coolant thermostat

1	Coolant pipe
2	Main fuel filter
3	Coolant pump
4	Coolant thermostatic valve
5	O-ring

 	Remove/install
1	Remove the main fuel filter (2)	.	AR47.20-B-5510C
2	Drain the cooling system
		.	AP20.00-B-2080XA
		 Catch the coolant, change it if necessary.
3	Remove the coolant tube (1)	 Thermostat coolant piping/thermostatic valve cover	*BA20.10-B-1004-01B
4	Remove the coolant thermostatic valves (4)	 Check the thermostatic valve (4) for correct position; the air outlet hole (arrow) should always be facing up.
		 Installation: Replace the O-rings (5).
5	Check coolant thermostatic valve (4)		AR20.10-B-2455A
		 Except if valve is replaced.
6	Install in reverse order
