Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Remove the urea supply pipe (2) on the pump module (1) and secure upward



 Collect and dispose the drained fluid.

Remove the urea suction pipe (3) on the pump module (1) and secure upward

 Collect and dispose the drained fluid.

Remove the urea coupling opening (6) on the pump module (1)

 Small amounts of liquid may run-off.

Remove the filter (5) of the urea inlet (4)

 Use a screw (M5) to pull the filter (5) out.

 Installation: Insert the filter (5) carefully in the urea inlet (4) until the boss of the filter (5) touches in a noticeable way.
