Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Remover the pump module (1) from the support (2) and put it aside

Remove the screw plug from the pump module (3)

While removing the screw plug from the pump module (3), small amounts of liquid may leak.

Engage the threaded side of the puller tool (6) in the pressure relief valve (5), and extract it

During the pressure relief valve removal (5) small quantities of fluid can leak.

The puller tool (6) is included in the repair kit.

Install

Introduce the new pressure relief valve (5) with the hep of the obtuse side of the puller tool (6)


Ensure that no dirt enters the bore (4):
This may cause damage to the pump module (1).

Install a new screw plug on the pump module (3) with sealing ring
