 Warning

Risk of burn injuries and scalding when working at AdBlue lines and the components attached to them. Risk of injury to skin and eyes when handling AdBlue. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing AdBlue

Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Loosen the belt holding the AdBlue lines.

 Installation: Replace the plastic belt with a new one.

 Make sure the AdBlue lines free of tension after placing the strap.

Disconnect the power cord (12) from the pump module (1).

Loosen the pump module (1) from the bracket, and rotate to the side.

Release the compressed air line (3) from the pneumatic pressure relief valve (2).

Remove the AdBlue return line (4) from the pneumatic pressure relief valve (2) and seal it with the appropriate sealant.



Remove the AdBlue supply line (11) from the pneumatic pressure relief valve (2) and seal it with the appropriate sealant



 AdBlue may leak from the AdBlue supply line. In this case, seal the AdBlue supply line with the appropriate sealant.

Remove the pneumatic pressure relief valve (2) for AdBlue return (5) from the pump module (1)

 To make loosening or tightening the sleeve (9) in the pump module (1) easier, loosen the hex nut (10) and move the eyelet (6) upwards.

 Installation:If the hex nut (10) has been removed from the sleeve (9), make sure, when assembling, that the shoulder of the hex nut (10) is facing the eyelet (6).
