1 | Remove cylinder head compressor | ||
2 | Unscrew cap nut (1) and take off seal (2) | ||
3 | Remove pressure valve (3) | ||
4 | Unscrew hexagon nut (4) | ||
5 | Remove pressure valve (3) and clean | Inspect pressure valve (3) for wear | |
6 | Unbolt intake valve (5) from cylinder head | | |
7 | Take out valve disk and spring spacer | ||
8 | Clean valve disk and intake valve seat and inspect for wear | ||
| Installing | ||
9 | Install intake valve into the cylinder head | Pay attention to installation sequence: Valve seat (6), valve disk without hole (7), spring spacer (8), valve disk with hole (9), intake valve cover (10). Coat thread of intake valve cover cap (10) with longlife grease. | |
10 | Tighten intake valve (5) fully | | |

11 | Install pressure valve (3) | ||
12 | Tighten hexagon nut (4) fully | | |
13 | Install pressure valve in cylinder head | ||
14 | Tighten cap nut (1) with new seal (2) fully | | |
15 | Install cylinder head compressor |
