Slacken, tension poly-V belt

Position a proper tool on the support (2), turn the clamping device (1) in the direction of rotation (A) and hold it in this position.

Insert a proper pin punch (3) in the hole of the clamping device (1) to block the clamping device (1).

Turn the clamping device (1) back and remove the proper tool.

Remove the poly-V belt (4) from one of the pulleys, from the guide pulley, or from the clamping device (1).

Install the poly-V belt (4) on the pulleys, on the guide pulley, or on the clamping device (1).

 Pay attention to the operating diagram.

Position a proper tool on the support (2), turn the clamping device (1) in the direction of rotation (A) and hold it in this position.

Remove the proper pin (3) from the hole of the clamping device (1).

Turn the clamping device (1) back and remove the proper tool.
