	Remove
1	Disconnect the battery negative cable or turn-off the master switch.
2	Remove the hose between the turbocharger and the air cleaner.		AR09.10-B-8030B
3	Slacken the drive belt (1).	Displace the tensor (5), clockwise, with the tool (15) and remove the drive belt (1) from the intermediate pulley (4) and from the tensor (5).
	15 mm long handle wrench.	For the fan drive belt stretcher.
4	Slacken the drive belt (2).	Displace the tensor (8), clockwise, with the force handle (16) and remove the drive belt (2) from the intermediate pulley (10).
5	Lift out the drive belt (1/2).	Remove it through the space between the fan blade ends and the shroud.  Careful in order not to damage the drive belt, do not fold it.
	Check
6	Check the belts (1/2) for conditions.	If necessary replace them.	AP13.22-B-1351-01A
7	Check the pulleys and stretchers.	In case of damage or wear: 
		Replace the anti-vibration pulley (7) and/or the intermediate pulley (3).	AR03.30-B-1600D
		Replace the fan belt pulley (6).	AR20.40-B-5640A
		Replace the stretching device (5/8).	AR13.25-B-3200E
		Replace the intermediate pulley (4/10/12/14),.	AR13.22-B-0001A
		Replace the alternator's pulley (9),.	AR15.40-B-5710A
		Replace the air conditioning compressor's pulley (13).
		Replace the coolant pump's pulley (11).	AR20.10-B-1271D
	Install
8	Install the drive belt (2) on the respective pulleys and tensor, except on the intermediate pulley (10).	 Observe the drive belts diagram. Insert the drive belt through the space between the fan blade ends and the shroud.  Careful in order not to damage the drive belt, do not fold it.
9	Install the drive belt (1) on the respective pulleys, except on the tensor (5).	 Observe the drive belts diagram. Insert the drive belt through the space between the fan blade ends and the shroud.  Careful in order not to damage the drive belt, do not fold it.
10	Tension the drive belt (2).	Displace the tensor (8), clockwise, with the force handle (16) and fit the drive belt (2) on the intermediate pulley (10).
11	Tension the drive belt (1).	Displace the tensor (5), clockwise, with the tool (15) and fit the drive belt (1) on the tensor (5).
	15 mm long handle wrench.	For the fan drive belt stretcher.
12	Check the perfect seating of the drive belts on the pulleys and stretcher.
13	Install the hose between the turbocharger and the air cleaner.		AR09.10-B-8030B
14	Connect the negative battery cable or switch-on the master switch.
