Remove

Remove the rocker mechanism

Disassemble

Remove the locking rings (1) from the axle (8)

Remove the axle (8), brackets (2/3/4), rocker arms (5/6) and springs (7)



Check

Verify the locking rings status, brackets, springs, axle and rocker arms

 In case of damage and/or wear, replace.

Assemble

Install a locking ring in one of the axle ends (8)

Install in the axle (8) the brackets (2/3/4), rocker arms (5/6), springs (7) and another locking ring (1)

 Observe the instalation position and sequence (figure) and the reach for the instalaion measures (A/B).
A = 122mm / B = 110mm
Fix the brackets (2/3/4) in the axle (8), with bolts (9) and turnbuckle parts (10).


