Remove fan

Mark the fun position in intermediate part (2).



Loosen the poly-V drive belt (3) and remove it from vibration pulley/shock absorber (1)

It is not necessary to remove the poly-v drive belt completely from engine.

Install device of turning the distribution housing engine and lock it with pin

Remove the screws and intermediate parts (2)



Remove the screws and vibration pulley/shock absorber (1)

Multipoint key entry for screw M14x1,5

Measure the screws length of vibration pulley/shock absorber (1)

Screw M14x1,5 and M16x1,5

If edge length is exceeded:



Replace the corresponding screw.
