Lifting device
1 | Install the lifting device (2) and remove the cylinder head (1). |
In order not to damage the installed injection nozzles, lay the cylinder head (1) on its side. |
2 | Remove the gasket (3). |
3 | Clean and check crankcase upper face. |
4 | Install new gasket (3) on the upper face of the crankcase, fitting it perfectly into the guides (4). |
Observe the correct assembly position of the gasket (3). |
5 | Install the cylinder head on the engine so that it fits neatly into the guides (4). |
6 | Remove the lifting device (2) from the cylinder head (1). |
