Danger of injury to eyes caused by steering oil emerging at high pressure. Danger of poisoning caused by swallowing steering oil

Unscrew end limit screws a maximum of 5 turns. Wear safety glasses.

Pull oil dipstick (2) out of the expansion reservoir

Clean oil dipstick (2) with a lint-free rag

Insert oil dipstick (2) into the expansion reservoir, pull out again and read off the steering oil level

The steering oil level is OK when, depending on its temperature, the steering oil is between the minimum mark and maximum mark (arrows) on the oil dipstick (2).

Insert oil dipstick (2) into the expansion reservoir again

Correct steering oil level

Only carry out if the steering oil level is not OK.

While pouring steering oil into the expansion reservoir check the steering oil level with the oil dipstick (2).
