Pour AdBlue into suitable containers only. Wait until the pressure is released before starting any work on the exhaust aftertreatment system.

Remove filter bowl (8)

Put an appropriate container under the pump module so that you can collect the spilt liquid.

Remove the sealing ring (7)

Remove protective membrane (6)

Remove filtering element (5) and sealing ring (4)

To remove the filtering element, slightly rotate and pull downwards.

Install

Install the breather nipple (11)

Only in case of purchasing a new filter bowl (8) where the breather nipple (11) is separated. In this case, press the breather into the filter bowl hole until you hear a click.

Install the filtering element (5)

Attach the filtering element (5), with the sealing ring (4), through the pin (3) and press to the thrust;.

Install protective membrane (6) on the filtering element (5)

The connecting body slot (2) must be clean and free from foreign bodies. The sealing edge (9) must rest properly along the slot in the connection body (2).

Install sealing ring (7) on the filter bowl (8)

The filter bowl slot must be clean and free from foreign bodies.

Install filter bowl (8) and tighten to prescribed torque

Slightly lubricate the thread (10) of the connecting body (2) using silicon grease.
