| Disconnect engine management (MCM) electrical connection (X601.14) from front wiring harness (3).
|

| Pull out clamp (4) on the engine management (MCM) electrical connection (X601.14) upwards.
|

| Unscrew nuts (1) at the cylinder 1 to 3 fuel injectors (Y608 to Y610) .
|

| Unscrew nuts (2) on engine brake solenoid valve, stage 1 (Y624) .
|

| Remove screw/bolts (5) at front wiring harness (3) .
|
6
| Push engine management (MCM) electrical connection (X601.14) out of the camshaft case (6) inwards.
|
7
| Remove front electrical wiring harness (3) from the camshaft case (6).
|
8
| Sealing ring (7) on the electrical Check engine management (MCM) CN (X601.14) for damage; replace if necessary.
|
|
| Installation: Coat sealing ring (7) with lubricant.
|
9
| Install in the reverse order.
