Function test
To enable an adapter registered by a customer as a problem to be regarded as damaged, run a function test (see OF82.85P300006A). If the result is negative, the adapter must be considered faulty.
Faulty Mercedes me adapters, in case of which the fault is covered under warranty, must be processed as described in WMW/EWMR WR 0201110 replacement part cash sales, installation in other make.
The following fictitious vehicle identification number is intended to be used for settlement.
