4 O-Ring

5 Gasket

6 Gasket

8 Wiring harness

10 Heat exchanger

11 Connector

12 Gasket

Disassembling, assembling

Remove gaskets (5, 6 and 12)

Installation: Clean sealing surfaces and install new gaskets.

Remove heater housing cover (2)

Remove heat exchanger (10) from the heater housing (7)

Remove wiring harness (8)

Unscrew connecting piece (11)

Installation: install new O-rings (13).

Remove evaporator (3)

Installation: install new O-rings (4).

Assemble in reverse order
