Open hood.

Check cooler for leak tightness and signs of any damage.

If damage or defects are found,

repair or replace cooler.

After obtaining special order.

Check cooler and charge air cooler for external soiling.

The slats and the space between the radiator and charge air cooler must not be clogged with dirt.

If strong soiling is present,

clean cooler and charge air cooler from outside.

After obtaining special order.

Check all lines and hoses on the cooling and heating system for undamaged condition, routing free of chafing points and proper attachment, as well as for leak tightness at the connecting points.

If damage or defects are found,

Replace lines or hoses; if necessary, route correctly and ensure that they are fitted securely.

After obtaining special order.

Close hood.

Only after all maintenance operations have been completed.
