Connect intake and pressure lines of evacuation, preparation and charging unit to test and charging valve on intake (1) and pressure side (2).

Evacuate air conditioning system

Evacuate air conditioning circuit up to max. achievable vacuum, but for at least 30 min.

Leak test

Switch off evacuation, preparation and charging unit and read off vacuum pressure indication.

Note vacuum pressure value:

Wait 10 min. and read vacuum pressure display again:

Compare displayed value with noted value

Vacuum reduction > 150 mbar:

Check circuit for leaks:
