E2 Right front lamp unit

4 Fastening shackle

Remove/Install

Open engine hood and move to upright position

Remove bolts (1, 2)

Unclip electrical connection (3) and remove

Remove left front lamp unit (E1), right front lamp unit (E2)

Protect against paint damage on bumper and fender.

Fold fastening shackle (4) of bumper forward slightly (arrow) and remove left front lamp unit (E1), right front lamp unit (E2) towards vehicle center.

Installation: Ensure that the ball head (5) on the housing of the left front lamp unit (E1), right front lamp unit (E2) is seated in its mount.

Install in the reverse order

Check

Check settings of headlamps, correct if necessary

Check and correct headlamp setting
