Removing and installing door liner on rear door

Removing, installing

Position assembly wedge at top of door handle (1) and press off

 Press not more than 10 mm out of the catch.

Position assembly wedge at bottom of door handle (1) and press off

Take out door handle (1)

Unscrew screws (2)

Unclip SRS panel and unscrew screw (8)

With code (293) side airbag in left and right rear

Remove lock trim surround (3)

 Torx bit set

Press door liner (4) off of inner door panel at bottom at front and rear in area of clips (5) with assembly wedge

 Inspect clips for damage.

Use assembly wedge to lift top of door liner (4) out of the sealing rail

Unhook control cable (6) from inner door actuation

Detach connector (7)

 On left rear power window switch (S21/3), right rear power window switch (S21/4).

Place door liner (4) down

Install in the reverse order
