1 Install front roof frame (1).
2 Measure distance between side wall paneling and arrest for left and right front window. Center front roof frame (1) so that dimension A and dimension B coincide.
3 Fasten front roof frame (1) using grip pliers.
4 Front roof frame (1), on left and right in area C .
5 Drill Ø 4 mm all the way through in marked areas on left, right front roof frame (1).
6 Countersink holes with 8 mm bit.
Countersink alternately from inside and outside
Areas not accessible from both sides can also be countersunk continuously on one side.

7 Front roof frame (1) in illustrated areas .
Always weld countersunk holes from countersunk side.
8 Grind all spot welds down flat, if required.
9 Clean all other weld joints with wire brush.
