If reinforcements or sheet metal panels are replaced below the lower side wall paneling, do not drill holes in mating surfaces in this area which is accessible from both sides.
Drill required holes later, when fitting and installing

1 Scribe cuts on lower side wall paneling (1) according to old part removed along broken lines in areas A to C.
2 Perform cut on lower side wall paneling (1) in areas A to C of side wall paneling (2).

3 Grind joints and mating surfaces in areas D to F on lower side wall paneling (1) down to bare metal.

4 Drill holes for plug welding in illustrated areas on lower side wall paneling (1) and grind mating surfaces down to bare metal on both sides.
