1 Perform cut from inside along broken line in areas C and D on rear wheel well section (1).
2 Perform cut from outside along broken line in area L on rear wheel well section (1).
3 Expose spot welds in area A on rear wheel well section (1) from outside and cut out.
4 Expose spot welds in area B on rear wheel well section (1) from inside and cut out.
5 Remove rear wheel well section (1).

6 Grind mating surfaces on body in areas E and F down to bare metal.
7 Grind mating surfaces on body in area G down to bare metal on both sides.
8 Grind mating surfaces on body in areas H to K down to bare metal on both sides. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
