If reinforcements or sheet metal panels are replaced below the side wall paneling, do not drill holes in connecting flange in this area which is accessible from both sides
The required holes are drilled later when fitting

1 Grind spot welding flange in area A down to bare metal on both sides. Coat inside of spot welding flange with zinc dust paint.
2 Drill holes for plug welding on all other connecting flanges of side wall paneling illustrated and grind down to bare metal on both sides.

3 Drill holes for plug welding on illustrated connecting flanges of side wall paneling and grind down to bare metal on both sides.

4 Grind connecting flange in area B down to bare metal on both sides.
5 Drill holes for plug welding on all other connecting flanges of side wall paneling illustrated and grind down to bare metal on both sides.
