Install firewall center part (1) on body flange within 2 minutes after applying adhesive material, to prevent adhesion problems of the adhesive material..
The curing time is approx. 2 h measured from the time the firewall center part (1) is installed. The rated accident strength is achieved only after approx. 8 h.
1 Guide application nozzle (3) along bonding surface (2) on firewall center part (1) and uniformly apply adhesive material in shape of a bead with a height (b) of approx.
12 mm and a width of approx. 8 mm.
Completely press out glue not required immediately following application (disposal).
