Pull out master cylinder with attached hydraulic line from pedal bracket (2) and fasten at side

Unlock and detach connector (5) using a suitable tool

Detach connectors on switch 1, clutch pedal (S85)

Only on model 950.5/6, 952.5/6, 953.6, 954.5 without code (GE1) Automatic gear control (AGS).

Remove all cable ties on the compressed air lines (1)

Installation: Install new cable ties.

Remove compressed air lines (1) from the Central Brake Unit (CBU) (A110)


Mark installation position of compressed air lines (1).

Installation: Replace O-rings. Observe identifications of compressed air lines (1).

Unlock and detach connector (3) using a suitable tool

Remove pedal bracket (2)

Installation: Check seal on pedal bracket (2) for damage, replace if necessary.

Detach connectors on switch
2, clutch pedal (S89)

Install in the reverse order

Fill compressed air system until the shutoff pressure is reached

Check compressed air lines (1) for leaks
