Remove

Remove bearing housing output (1)

Remove retaining ring (3)

Use suitable drift to press shaft (2) out of bearing housing output (1)

Remove radial shaft sealing ring (4, 5) from PTO bearing housing (1)



Install

Mount internal radial shaft sealing ring (4) using a suitable drift to the specified mounting depth (A) in the PTO bearing housing (1)

Insertion depth of inner radial shaft sealing ring in bearing housing

Fit outer radial shaft sealing ring (5) using drift (6) flush into the PTO bearing housing (1)

Pack the space behind the radial shaft sealing rings (4, 5) with lubricant

Use suitable drift to press shaft (2) into bearing housing output (1)

Mount circlip (3) onto shaft (2)
