 	Remove/install
1	Drain coolant at radiator	Engine 904.9, 906.9	AR20.00-W-1142C
		Engines 900.9, 902.9, 924.9, 925.9, 926.9	AR20.00-W-1142J
2	Remove trim grille
3	Disconnect coolant fluid level sensor electrical connection (3)
4	Remove coolant hoses (4) from expansion reservoir (1)
5	Detach oil filler pipe (6) from fitting on the expansion reservoir (1)
6	Remove expansion reservoir (1)	 Unhook expansion reservoir (1) upwards.
		 Installation: Hook in retaining hook (7) on the firewall opening.

7	Install in the reverse order
	Checking
8	Check connections on coolant hose (4) for leaks
