Remove circlips (1)

Pay attention to pretension of springs (7).

Take rocker arm brackets (2, 3, 4), rocker arms (5, 6), washers (11) and springs (7) off rocker arm shaft (8)

Check parts of the rocker arm assembly for wear if necessary replace worn parts.

Rocker arm shaft dia.

Assemble

Install circlip (1) at one side of the rocker arm shaft (8)

Mount rocker arm brackets (2, 3, 4), rocker arms (5, 6), washers (11) and springs (7) onto rocker arm shaft (8)

Set in position rocker arm brackets (2, 3, 4) with bolts (9) and clamps (10). Observe distance measurements (A and B).

Install rocker arm assembly
