Risk of death caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform.

Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.

Remove/install

Remove clutch.

Remove screws (2).

Notes on threaded connections fastened using a tightening angle-based tightening process

 To do this, counterhold belt pulley. Use a helper.

 Installation: Replace screw/bolts (2).

Remove flywheel (1).

 Installation: The retaining pin of the crankshaft must engage in the mounting hole of the flywheel (1).



Clean

Clean flywheel (1).

 Clean flywheel (1) with suitable rag.



Check

Check flywheel (1).

Depending on the findings,



replace flywheel (1).

Check rear radial shaft sealing ring for leak tightness.

If a leak is present,



Replace rear radial shaft sealing ring.
