Remove/install

Lift engine cover (1) in front area and detach from ball heads (2).

Installation: Wet elastomer bearings of engine cover (1) with lubricant.

Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l

Pull engine cover (1) forward and out of elastomer bearings (3).

Installation: Wet elastomer bearings (3) with lubricant.

Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 l

Check

Check elastomer bearings of engine cover (1) and elastomer bearings (3) for damage.

If damage is identified,

Replace damaged elastomer bearing of engine cover (1) or damaged elastomer bearing (3).

Install in the reverse order
