Install

 Installation

Replace self-locking nuts and cable ties.

Open front flap, fold up and fasten to right and left outside mirrors

 See Service Instructions 

Detach center section of bumper

Remove front cab mount

 Perform steps 2-8.



Depressurize the hydraulic system completely before starting any work on the system. Wear protective clothing and safety glasses.

Unbolt bracket for hydraulic lines at front and disconnect both hydraulic lines on left

 Only with power hydraulics (code H93, H94).
Collect hydraulic fluid which runs out.

Screw two shackles onto PTO transmission (1)



Raise PTO transmission (1) using chain hoist and install

 Do not damage front of PTO shaft (9) and oil filter (5).

Fasten PTO transmission (1) to bracket for left front transmission bearing (8)



Fasten PTO transmission (1) to right front transmission bearing (10)

Install bracket for left rear transmission bearing (7) with rubber mount



Plug connectors into solenoid valves (2)

 Plugs are on left-hand side in frame.

Install front cab mounting

 Perform steps 2-8 in reverse sequence.

Bolt on bracket for hydraulic lines at the front and connect both hydraulic lines on the left

  Only with power hydraulics (Code H93 and H94).

Attach cover (11) with edge guard (12) and hood (13) to PTO transmission (1)

Install center section of bumper

Install idling damper (14) at belt pulley/vibration damper (15)

  Use bolts M10x1x35.

Install new propeller shaft (4) between idling damper (14) and vibration damper (3)

  Use bolts M10x1x20 (propeller shaft to idle damper).

  The collapsible section is installed on the engine side.

Risk of injury caused by body parts being pinched or crushed as cab is tilted

Ensure that no one is within the tilting range of the cab as it is being tilted. Always tilt the cab all the way to the end position and secure with the safety strut.

Clamp off coolant hoses (16, 17) with clamp



Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Install new coolant pipe (19)

Install coolant hoses (20, 21) and pipes (22, 23)

  Pinch off coolant hoses (20, 21) before installation with clamp.

Install coolant hoses (24, 25) between lines (22, 23) and heat exchanger (6)

 Ensure that the coolant hose (24) does not touch the vibration damper (3).

Detach all clamps from coolant hoses (17, 18, 20, 21)


