	Checking
1	Check routing of fuel tank bleed line (1)	 Carry out distance measurement: Distance (a) of fuel tank bleed line (1) to body (2).
		 If the distance (a) to the body (2) is smaller than 3 mm, only carry out operation step 2. If distance (a) to the body (2) is greater than 7 mm, proceed with operation step 3. If the distance (a) to the body (2) is between 3 mm and 7 mm, end measure.
 	Remove/install
2	Retrofit spacer ring (4)	 in the fuel tank bleed line (1) between the rear axle carrier and body (2).
		 Do not use any assembly aids.
3	Remove right rear wheel		*BA40.10-P-1001-01M
4	Correct the distance (a) of bleed line (1)	 To do this, twist bleed line (1) at cable tie (5) until the distance (a) to the body (2) is at least 3 mm and a maximum of 7 mm.

5	Attach bleed line (1)	 to filler pipe with an additional cable tie (6).
6	Install in the reverse order
