Order COC papers by email.

 Order COC papers by email with the following details:
Subject: KDM code VS2CALREIF.
Complete FIN (17-digit).
Complete delivery address for company-owned sales and service outlet/service partner.
Dealer number of company-owned sales and service outlet or service partner.

* Vehicles in German market: send email to [email protected].

* Vehicles outside Germany: Send email to the usual contact person in the MPC / to the general distributor.

 Old CoC papers must be retained and filed with the repair documents in a tamperproof manner. If the old COC papers are no longer available, this must be documented in the repair documentation and filed in a tamperproof manner.

Change or replace Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate.

If the vehicle is already registered for road traffic.

 For vehicles that are already registered for road traffic, the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate must be changed or replaced.
Which part or parts of the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate must be changed or replaced is dependent on the respective country-specific specifications/requirements. In Germany, the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate, Part 1 is affected.
After this, hand over the new or modified Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate to the customer.
