Order COC papers by email.

 Order COC papers by email with the following details:
 Subject: KDM code VS3RILICOC
 Complete FIN (17-digit)
 Complete address of company-owned sales and service outlet/service partner
 Dealer number of the company-owned sales and service outlet or service partner

* Vehicles in German market: send email to [email protected].

* Vehicles outside Germany: Send email to the usual contact person in the MPC / to the general distributor.

 Old CoC papers must be retained and filed with the repair documents in a tamperproof manner. If the old COC papers are no longer available, this must be documented in the repair documentation and filed in a tamperproof manner.

Change and/or replace Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate.

If the vehicle is already registered for road traffic.

 For vehicles that are already registered for road traffic, the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate must be changed and/or replaced.
Which part or parts of the Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate must be changed and/or replaced is dependent on the respective country-specific specifications/requirements.
After this, hand over the new or modified Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate to the customer.
