Due to deviations in the tolerances between A-pillar and Vario roof, the proper use of the template for checking the contour of the Vario roof is not possible.

For this reason the template must be modified as follows:

Using modified template see figure 2.

The document AR77.50-P-3040V (Set contour of Vario roof) will be modified accordingly.

Separate template (1) at interface (3) and deburr edge

The removed front piece of the template is no longer needed.
