Assembly tool

742 589 02 63 00

Assembly device 742 589 02 63 00 is to be expanded to include an additional drift and a hole circle in order to also ensure secure pushing of the wheel hub onto rear axle 724.505.

Drift 742 589 02 63 01 can be ordered from the GLC in Germersheim starting in April 2004. A template to be used for drilling the hole circle comes with drift 742 589 02 63 01.

The resulting bore holes are to be deburred and protected against corrosion.

The special tools delivered from the GLC in Germersheim starting in April 2004 already are "up-to-date".
