As part of legal requirements as of
vehicle ident. number (VIN) 194786 on vehicles with engine 646 a modified tank cap (A 906 470 00 05) has been installed in series production.
We want to emphasize that on vehicles before the above mentioned VIN, no costs will be taken over for retrofitting the modified tank cap.
If the tank cap has to be replaced (e.g. loss), only the new version may be used.
